Available for a limited time! Our At-Home Pickup pilot program lets you schedule flexible pickups right from your doorstep. We will collect your Canada Post package on a date of your choosing, tailored to your schedule.

What you need to know

  • Only the following postal codes can participate :

    H2M, H2N, H2P, H2R, H2S, H3N, H3P, H4N, H2G, H2J, H2T, H2V, H3S, H3T (Montréal, QC)

    K1C, K1E, K1W, K4A (Orléans, ON)

    K2K, K2L, K2M, K2T, K2V, K2W (Kanata, ON)

  • You can either hand over your package between 8 am to 5 pm on the pickup day or leave it outside your door where it is sheltered from the weather and visible to the delivery agents.

    The delivery agent will collect the package and scan the return label. Canada Post will not pick up unattended packages from multi-unit buildings such as apartments or condos.
  • You need your Canada Post return label.

    You will need to have your items all packed up and the label attached. If you do not already have packaging and label in-hand, please consider our other services or visit a Canada Post retail location.
  • Your package must meet the weight and size restrictions below. Anything larger will need to be dropped off at a Canada Post retail location.

    • Weight: Max. 22.7 kg (50 lb.)
    • Dimensions: Max. L + G = 3m (118 in.)
  • You must provide your email address.

    We’ll be communicating with you via email to confirm your scheduled date, process cancelations and rescheduling requests and for a brief follow up survey.
